In 2020, the company established a branch company, Fujian Jinshang Machinery Co., Ltd. as a production base, covering an area of 26,000 square meters. Mainly produces forging blanks, semi-finished products and finished products for spare parts in various industries such as automobiles, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, hydraulics, and forklift attachments.
The company current has 3 precision forging production lines: 630T, 1000T and 1600T, and plans to expand production capacity in the future. The annual output value exceeds 80 million yuan, and it has complete testing equipment such as three-coordinate, spectrum, profiler, projector, roughness meter, etc. Pro-E and CAD/CAM technologies are widely used in product design and mold design and manufacturing. It has strong new product development capabilities and can develop qualified products according to customer needs within three weeks. In the process of forging production, the company has medium-frequency heating equipment with automatic temperature control, automatic sorting and automatic counting functions, and has fine processing capabilities, with dozens of machining centers and CNC lathes.
